Take Cover! German Armor Spotted!

The Mechanized Warfare Museum is extremely excited to announce another piece of German Armor! We would like to welcome the 9th Reenactment Society and their replica Sd.Kfz 251/1 – Schützenpanzerwagen to this year’s show!

The Sd.Kfz 251/1 – Schützenpanzerwagen or standard armored personnel carrier was the famous German Half-track which was one of the most common support vehicles that the German’s deployed during the Second World War. This particular replica was recreated using a Czech OT-810 the slightly younger cousin of the WWII German Sd.Kfz 251.
